Robert (Bob) Grados has 28 years of experience working with domestic and international clients in the areas of real estate structured finance, real estate acquisition and disposition and joint ventures, as well as in corporate organizational matters. His experience includes working with a variety of national and regional financial institutions, investment funds, insurance companies, institutional investors and individuals in forming businesses, acquiring real property, and in structuring corporate and real estate loans. Mr. Grados also has extensive experience representing businesses in the cannabis industry in corporate, licensing and transactional matters.
